Just a few short months ago, in early November, the new Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Limerick opened its doors to the public. Already the mall has grown larger.

At the grand opening of the mall last fall, John R. Klein, co-president of Chelsea Property Group, announced the developer had already begun construction of phase two, with 30 more stores set to open in April. “It’s a first,” for Chelsea to begin construction of phase two even before phase one opened, he added.

Those additional stores are opening now, joining the original 120 shops.

Among the first to open its doors is Restoration Hardware, which opens April 3. According to a Chelsea spokesman, this is the first Restoration Hardware to serve the Philadelphia market, as well as New Jersey and New York.

Restoration Hardware offers 25 percent to 65 percent savings on new and discontinued furniture, textiles, lighting and decorative accessories. The first 200 customers on opening day will receive a free gift with purchase.

Also, customers can enter a drawing to win a $500 Restoration Hardware gift certificate. Entries will be collected Thursday, April 3 through Sunday, April 6, with the winner drawn around Wednesday, April 9. No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing.

Also opening on or around April 3 are Cole Haan, Lucky Brand Jeans, Oneida, Columbia Sportswear Company, Dressbarn and Juicy Couture; April 17, Spyder; April 25, Bebe; May 2, Canterbury New Zealand, Ecko Unltd.; May 8, True Religion, and May 23, Yankee Candle.

Shops which will open later in the spring or summer are Aeropostale, French Connection, Disney Outlet Store, Kenneth Cole, Johnson & Murphy, Fossil, Solstice, SAS Factory Shoe Store, Rock & Republic, Crewcuts, DKNY Loft Outlet and Bath & Body Works.

Among the center’s first 120 stores are Neiman Marcus Last Call, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Ann Taylor, Guess, Brooks Brothers, Liz Claiborne, Nike, Reebok, Carter’s and Oshkosh B’Gosh. The food court offers a variety of tastes, including Arthur Teacher’s Fish & Chips, Nathan’s Famous, South Philly Steak & Fries, Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen and Asian Chao. A full-service Ruby Tuesday is also part of the mall.

Shoppers can log onto www.premiumoutlets.com/vip to sign up for the free VIP Shopper Club. Once signed in, shoppers have exclusive access to the VIP Club Lounge, an area that allows shoppers to download exclusive savings offers from merchants, coupon book vouchers, shopping tips and more.

Philadelphia Premium Outlets, off the Sanatoga exit of Route 422, is open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
