The Spring-Ford School Board meets in the cafeteria of the senior high school, 350 S. Lewis Road, Royersford, at 7:30 p.m., usually on Mondays.
Board meetings for 2010 include Jan. 25, Feb. 22, March 22, April 26, May 24, June 28, Aug. 23, Sept. 27, Oct. 25 and Nov. 22. The Dec. 13 meeting is optional.
Board work sessions for 2010 include Tuesday, Jan. 19, Tuesday, Feb. 16, March 15, April 19, May 17, June 21, Aug. 16, Sept. 20, Oct. 18 and Nov. 15. The organizational meeting and board meeting will be held Dec. 6.
Meetings are only held in July if an emergency session is called by the school board president or school district superintendent.
The school board’s ad hoc committee will meet on an as needed basis in the administration building, 857 S. Lewis Road, Royersford.
The curriculum and technology committee will meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the administration building.
The community relations and dedication committee will meet on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:15 p.m. in the administration building.
The board’s personnel committee will meet as needed in the administration building.
The board’s extracurricular committee will meet bimonthly on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:15 p.m. in the administration building, beginning in March.
The finance committee will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 7:15 p.m., and Wednesday, March 3, 7 p.m., and thereafter on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:15 p.m. in the administration building.
The board policy committee will meet on the second Monday of each month at 6:15 p.m. in the administration building.
The school board’s property and facilities committee will meet on the second Monday of each month at 7:15 p.m. in the administration building.
The board’s superintendent evaluation committee will meet on an as needed basis in a location that will be determined at the time of the meeting.
