Spring City Free Public Library will host Raise a Reader, a free four-week program for children 0 to 23 months old. Rhymes, fingerplays, music and books will be featured.
The program will be held Tuesdays, April 29 to May 20, 11 to 11:30 a.m., at the library, 245 Broad St.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. The program is limited to 15 infants and their caregivers. To register, call the library, 610-948-4130. Participants are asked to register at only one library, so the program can accommodate as many families as possible.
The program is funded by QVC Corporation.
