Learning is fun. That’s the underlying theme in all the lessons taught during Cool School, a summer enrichment program sponsored by the Royersford Elementary School PTO.

Sixty courses will be offered for a total of 104 sections. The weeklong classes, held Monday through Friday, will be offered June 25 to 30; July 9 to 13 and July 16 to 20. Classes will be held 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Supervision is provided between sessions. If children are staying for the second session, they should bring a snack.

Cool School courses are for students entering kindergarten and completing kindergarten through sixth grade, depending on the course description. Grade levels are based on the grade completed this June.

Cost is $50 for Spring-Ford School District residents and $60 for non-residents. All classes will be held at Royersford Elementary School, 450 Spring St., unless otherwise noted.

Registrations are due Friday, May 25. For more information or questions, visit the Royersford Elementary School website via www.spring-ford.net or e-mail jlare@spring-ford.net or voicemail 610-705-6005, extension 2725. Course descriptions are available online at the Royersford Elementary website.

Registration may be conducted in person Monday through Friday, 9:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. or by mail to Cool School c/o Royersford Elementary School PTO, 450 Spring St., Royersford, PA 19468. Checks should be payable to Spring-Ford Area School District.

Some limited scholarships are available for families in need. Call 610-705-6005, extension 1895, for more information.
