I am a member of a couple of different tea parties in Pennsylvania and have found the time meeting with these like minded conservatives to be inspiring and educational.
If you are a member of a tea party, you probably check your emails on a daily basis, and while you don’t read all topics, you certainly choose to read those that have headlines other than forwards. The forwards can be interesting, but they can also be redundant and computer clogging. Daily I probably have ten to thirty new emails about what the leftist Democrats are trying to do to take away our freedoms and maintain control of their power. You may have more and I may have more in my junk mail that I have yet to scour.
We are the Valley Forge Tea Party and the 9-12 tea party of the inspiring Glenn Beck radio and television shows. We are not satisfied with the way things are or have been in Washington DC for the past hundred years or so, but more to the point, not at all happy with what the Bush’s and the Clinton’s and now the Obamanator have done. We are knowledgeable of history and we share knowledge of current events. We support our men and women in the military and took time to mail them Christmas cards. We also did not want to leave out our “adversaries” at Christmas, so we sent the ACLU an assortment of the best Christian Christmas cards money could buy.
Let me first refer to the Valley Forge tea party which meets monthly and probably will meet more often than that as the tides of election come ever closer to the shore. Actively we seek to change politics with a variety of Republican or conservative speakers who are more than willing to share their vision for Pennsylvania with us.
Our ages vary from probably 90 years old to about 20 years old and our attendance climbs with every meeting. We all love the United States and we all understand the implications of the leftist policies that the newly elected foreign born president has implemented in his first year in office. His policies have all been dangerous and have not helped this country in any way to be a better or a safer place to live. In fact just the opposite, although if you are a habitual watcher of ABC, CBS, NBC or CNN television news you probably have not been informed of these dangers. The major news networks have refused to cover the tea parties in a positive light. This shouldn’t and probably won’t surprise any news viewers who were not brain washed by the sixties hippy mentality of anti-American pervasion. Since that period in time, the public education system has increasingly broadened its stranglehold (Thank you Ted Nugent) on our youth with liberalism.
We tea party goers took bus trips to Washington DC, we marched and we yelled at the Democrats who were hiding inside those walls. We demonstrated with Jon Voight, Michelle Bachman and others who encouraged us to not give up. It wasn’t just about a national healthcare bill that would cost all taxpayers and children and unborn children more money than the bill was worth. We march for freedom and we march because our taxes are too high and we will not stop marching as long as we can do so.
While the leftists now want to muzzle conservative talk shows and pastors at the pulpits and protestors from voicing their outrage, we shall not comply. We have all decided that we will march even if it means that we will have to get arrested. The tea parties are now standing up, they are not the quiet meek sheep of surrender that conservative movements of the past were. The media and some Democrats in power try to spin that as “racism” against the president. Janet Napolitano of the Department of Homeland Security called us “terrorists.”
They have no shame and are not deserving of being called Americans, these liberals who vote in secret. These corrupt criminals who have been lifelong politicians have forgotten that they serve us. They serve us. We the People, we don’t serve them, although many of them have been feeding at the trough of our tax dollars for so long, they have forgotten that this is so. The lifer politicians have been getting such great benefits as the best health and life insurance money (our money) can buy. The lifer politicians have been reaping the benefits of big business kickbacks and many don’t even bother to pay their taxes. They think they don’t have to, they are above the law.
Somewhere in a dark corner of an elite bar your congressman is making a deal with a congressman of the other party, sipping on the best brandy your tax payer dollars can buy and eating a steak and lobster anytime they want to because you are picking up the tab. In their offices, they have no pride as they make illicit deals with criminals and mafias to gain reelection.
They’ll call on you to send your money to all kinds of charitable organizations, but they themselves find it very hard to be as charitable with their own money, so they raise your taxes and pat themselves on the back for giving money to nations that don’t even like us.
Unfortunately, the two parties have both gotten into the dirt for so long it will never wash out. Finding loophole after loophole, they use judges and lawyers to clean up after them. Lifelong senators and representatives from both sides of the party aisle muddy themselves like hippos on the side of a river. They get fat, they get lazy, they get irresponsible, they get rich and they owe it all to you the voter.
When you think of how our forefathers stuck out their necks to meet in private and without financial backing and look at where we are today, doesn’t it make you wonder how the heck did we allow this to happen? Some say you can’t fight the government, but that is just what must be done or our freedoms are lost to a new world order of immense Satanism.
I really hope the Republican party learns something in this coming year. I would hope that virtually no Republican or Democrat would be left standing in the House or the Senate after 2012. Certainly this year we have an opportunity to make the Republican RINO’s (in name only) take notice. We have to keep the fire turned way up to get these eggs boiled quickly enough that the election is not poached again. Should the Republicans in office be swift footed and clever enough to sidestep our fires of illumination, we must continue to fan the flames until there are tea party members themselves taking the lead.
Republican politicians should note that we are very observant now and we are awakened to the corruption that we tried to ignore until the stench of communism teared our eyeducts. We want answers and we want change. It is not the same change that the Muslim loving Chicago to Kenya community organizer wants. You liberals must understand how far down the road to communism we are already. I wonder if you know about the millions murdered during the early years of Russian or Chinese communism? Other liberals want to see the government take care of them for lack of desire to work or achieve success towards the American dream.
Liberals need to look around, take a good look. Thanks to your extreme environmental policies, our government sent factories where people manufactured goods to third world nations such as China, India, Mexico. It didn’t stop the pollution, it just moved it a few miles away. Of course the whole NAFTA agreement was a three headed monster with big businesses padding the wallets of the environmentalists and the politicians, including former CIA director George Bush Sr. in order to get rid of unions and pay much less for a day’s wage to foreign workers. Unions…..that makes it a four headed monster. Those jobs are not coming back. The breakdown of American might is nearly over.
I know for a fact many liberals are wealthy and have high paying jobs. I can’t wait for those liberals to lose their jobs and find themselves unable to pay the high taxes that their choices for political offices has strapped them with.
Join a tea party if you have concerns about where your nation is headed. Join a tea party if you disagree with Obama on his Interpol agreement with foreign nations. Join a tea party if you hate the corruption and want less taxes taken out of your paycheck. Join a tea party if you fear the government that fears your guns. Join a tea party if you understand that we are right now, all of us on the verge of something disastrous thanks to policies from both parties. Join a tea party if you see a similarity between what is going on now and the Americans who stood their ground in the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas.
We may not see the freedoms of the Constitution much longer if you decide to just bury your head in the sand or wait for someone else to act.
To all other tea parties….push for the best, don’t accept the same stale politics of the past. The future of our children and our grand children and their grandchildren could be at stake.
If you feel compelled to run for committeeperson or state office in your state, then it could be divine inspiration tugging at you to do so. To get the best, we have to weed out the rest. It could take some time to follow the electoral process and achieve a better tomorrow. Should time be of the essence as it was in the moment that Paul Revere got into his saddle, then again it will be divine inspiration that moves people to action and to arms.
    Freedom, it’s what’s for breakfast.
