Eagles Hang On In Tough Game!

Last week I watched the Dallas game and they looked good on both sides of the football.  I must admit I was a little worried coming in this weekend.  But despite the early turnover, a horrible missed tackle, the usual dropped passes, and that scare at the end, the Eagles pulled it out!  They also managed to pull my heart out of my chest!

Donovan  McNabb was awesome and continues to put up great numbers.  My favorite Eagle Brian Westbrook now leads the NFL with 6 touchdowns!  I'm sure any fantasy football players with Donovan and/or Brian are in pretty good shape these days!

I said early on that this season will come down to the defense and whether or not they can step it up in big games.  Well the Eagle's defense did just that and has to get some credit for keeping the Dallas offense and their two outstanding receivers in check. Yes they let up some points but in the end they did enough for the win.  Surprising after all the talk, Terrel Owens was a no show and not a factor in the game.

    Go Eagles!!!
