I know there are people out there reading these posts cause the counter says there are hundreds reading it, yet none of y'all add comments. The whole idea behind a webpage is to add comments, so register here for that, get a username and a password and add your two cents worth.
sign in, log out when you're done and don't forget to write down all your passwords in a logbook somewhere on your desk.
The candidates are....
Daffy Duck-heretoforafter we will call Daffy - Barak OBama.
Miss Piggy-heretoforafter we will call her....Hillary Clinton.
Wile E. Coyote- John McCain
Elmer Fudd-Mike Huckabee
Spongebob-Ron Paul.
There were other fun loving candidates, but since Pa. doesn't get an early vote, we only get to waste our time voting for one or two candidates. The whole political process is such a farce, from the voting fraud to defective voting machines to corrupt balloting places and people who count the votes.
While I do believe the Democrats lost the last two elections fairly or as fair as could be, I still think that by now the whole process should be suspect proof and the fact that it isn't points to something smelly in the political voting process.
Am I the only one who thinks that maybe it's all been decided already by some rich bankers smoking cigars and tooting cocaine laughing at the whole system?

Dave Barry (humorist) compared the primaries / caucus system of selecting party nominees to a restaurant that seats fifty people and everybody gets served whatever the first tables order.
In PA, if I were a Guiliani fan, or an Edwards fan, too bad so sad for me. Cuz our primary isn't until April 22.
I think the two-party system is broken, the idea of career-politician is whack, and anybody* can become President of the United States of America.

Kerrfunk is exactly right about the broken political election machine in the US and especially here in Pa. where your vote usually means nothing by April.
Ok, so this year was a bit different for the Dems. For the Republicans, same ol' same ol'.
I didn't even go to the polls first time since I turned 18. Why bother? I might go for the real one, but actually don't think much of this voter system. Too many people who shouldn't vote do, too many people who sell their vote or vote more than once. Too many new immigrants who could care less about the US Constitution.
For the Democrats I see the Clinton campaign having to surrendur after a tough battle for the win.
Perhaps it'll split the party though.
I don't care if Rush and Ann Coulter don't like McCain....I like his wit, his commitment, his patriotism....something I can't say Obama or clinton really have.

The way I see it, Clinton just doesn't have the numbers to win the nomination. I don't think Obama is gonna share a ticket with her, either. But it seems she's in some kind of serious denial about the whole shebang.
I have no particular affinity for Clinton, McCain, or Obama, though I (somewhat) look forward to when the nominations are over and the veeps are selected.
Regardless of the presidential election, there's always other positions to vote for on November 4th. Don't we have state or local elections happening as well?
