Does anyone know of ground that would be good for either a convenience store or senior housing in The Spring Ford and surrounding area?

    Thanks.

Why not search for a convenience store location already established? There's the old IGA store on rt. 724. A good product will bring the customers. That's where previous owners went wrong I think.
Put a little money into renovations and the place will probably do well.

When you say senior housing...are you saying low income housing for seniors or are you saying a place where seniors with a comfortable retirement salary can afford? There's plenty of expensive places for retiring seniors to go, it's helping the seniors who are in the low income bracket that is what's needed now.

If we're thinking of the same place, there's been a business there for two years or more already, http://creativestepsdance.com/. My daughter took class there last year, and is taking two classes this year. The owner, Ms. Sheila, is terrific.

I think daycare would be a great opportunity, or a youth center. I have the space to rent if there's interest....
