Alethea, a resident of Spring City since 1989, worked for a local newspaper for 15 years and is well acquainted with the field of community journalism.
She is a member and past-president of the Spring-Ford Rotary Club. Alethea also served on the board of directors of the Spring-Ford Chamber of Commerce from the time of the chamber's formation in June 1990 until she left the workforce in May 2002 to be an at-home mom.
